绍兴市耀龙纺粘科技有限公司从诺信公司引进了当今世界进的年产1.2万吨的单、双组份纺粘法生产线，作为国内引进的条双组份纺粘法无纺布生产线，它结束了我国没有双组份纺粘无纺布生产的历史.
公司可生产10-150GSM、有效门幅为3.3米的皮芯结构式PE/PP和PE/PET 双组分无纺布，单组份PET无纺布和100%生物降解聚乳酸纺粘无纺布。
产品主要应用于：卫生用品，医疗防护用品，复合包装材料，同时也广泛应用与工业，建筑业，农业，纺织业等。
在先进的纺粘生产线基础上，又安装了表面视像监控系统，对无纺布生产过程进行疵点及影像数据储存，并由电脑对0.2平方米;以上疵点进行检测及分类。

Shaoxing Yaolong Spunbonded Nonwoven Technology Co., Ltd. imported the most advanced bicomponent spun-bond production lines from Nordson corporation in America and greatly improves the quality and level of nonwoven products. The sheath-core bicomponent spunbonded nonwoven fabric provides advanced overlay materials for feminine hygiene products and baby diapers instead of thermo-bonding staple nonwoven products.
Now we can produce SOFT-PE/PP, PE/PET bicomponent nonwoven fabric and Polyester nonwoven fabric with the fineness of 0.8 denier, in the weight of 10 to 150gsm and the width of 5 to 320cm. Customer satisfaction is our commitment for customers, and we have set up a complete quality assurance system. Our in-line optical surface inspection system from America can defect surface defects during nonwoven process, save the image database of occurred defects, and evaluate and classify the inspected defects bigger than 0.2 square meters.
